Wild! Is the best way to describe the Chi Sigma house party last Friday night, October 13, 2006. There were plenty of girls, music and dancing, if you want to call it that. Still, the best part of the night was this frantic four-piece combo from San Gabriel, The Volcanics. Although, they seemed to be a bit splattered as they started off their set with a Mike & The Ravens cover of Rollerland, these sweat drenched rockers had everyone in attendance twisting, shouting and stomping their feet for their entire set. The Schlitz kegs were completely tapped out by the time the Volcanics finished their third song. Witnesses suspect the Omega girls for the empty kegs. C’mon ladies, the Sigma guys aren't that ugly!

Of course, pledges had to
cleanup the next morning

The Volcanics topped off the night with an up chucking lead singer and a boss version of Shout which I'm told, was heard all the way down at the science hall. No names as to who was studying that night. Make sure you catch all future Volcanics shows because I think you will find out the way the Chi Sigma's did that these guys are Wild!
